It won't for a simple reason: it's not private.
understand this:. it will be 100x easier for any financial institution or other organization to explain why those chose Ethereum L1 or L2. than it will be to explain why they chose literally anything else. that's it. that's the multi-trillion dollar thesis.

don't think many know how incredibly complex the math behind ZK proofs is. When proofs are 1000x more expensive than native, every feature must be carefully optimized. This precision engineering is why building a production-ready zkVM took years.
