Nobody has taken action to address the problem after complaints for the past 1.5 months. If the government does not move seriously to address the concerns of the public. Then were should we go for our concerned.

@UIDAI Unfortunately, customer service is not available untill may. A biometric update was made a few days ago, but it hasn't been updated yet. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, nothing has been fixed. No work has been done despite paying for a biometric update.

The same thing happened to me on November 10, 2014, when a customer bought a 1L 35k product. The product has been shipped and delivered to the customer, but my account has not received any payment. Send an email with several tickets to helpdesk@mswipe.com Hold@mswipe.com

@Mswipe has to be the worst POS and payment solution company. On 23 Oct 2024, a customer purchased 2 goods worth Rs. 50k and swiped 25k twice from the debit card to have a separate payment and bill. Mswipe felt it's a fraud transaction and has refused to pay the retailer (1/n)
