It’s interesting decision for Liverpool too. Spending €80m on Ekitike now definitely affects bringing in Isak the following summer.
Newcastle gotta give us Isak or we’re taking their number 1 summer target in Ekitike. The play here is very clear.

I’ve always been very worried Liverpool can get Isak because the numbers add up. They have already recouped £50m and can make £100m+ from Diaz and Nunez. It’s very embarrassing look for Arsenal if this happens.

I think Ekitike is the most safest bet a club could’ve made on a striker this summer. Newcastle are smart to want him in before Isak leaves.
