Oh what fun it is....to celebrate the holidays in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit! Recently we held our annual holiday luncheon for judges, judicial assistants and Court Administration staff. Attendees enjoyed delicious food, beverages and dessert and entertainment.

On Friday, December 12, Judges Samantha Schosberg Feuer and Danielle Sherriff participated in Ethical Governance Day at Forest Hill High School. During their visit, they were able to speak to groups of sophomore AP Government students.

On December 5, the Honorable Bradley Harper paid a visit to Lake Worth High School, where he spoke to their Criminal Justice Academy students. The students had the opportunity to learn about Judge Harper's career journey and current role as a judge.

This afternoon, we welcomed ten families to the courthouse as we hosted our annual Adoption Day event, which has been a Circuit tradition for more than 15 years. Congratulations to the children and families on this momentous occasion. ❤️🎉

Congratulations to the Honorable Maxine Cheesman who will be awarded Jurist of the Year by PBC Justice Assoc. on Nov. 20th at their Jurist of the Year & Member Award Ceremony. Judge Cheesman was elected to the Circuit Court bench in 2018 & is currently assigned to Division AJ.

On Saturday, November 8, a few of our judges and members of our court administration staff took some strides for a good cause and participated in PBCBA Young Lawyers Section’s 10th Annual YLS 5K - Run for Veterans Rights at Okeeheelee Park.

Yesterday, the PBC Bar Association held the New Attorney Welcome Breakfast, which included welcome remarks from Chief Judge Kelley. Judges April Bristow, Daliah Weiss, Danielle Sherriff and Samantha Schosberg Feuer served on the panel and participated in the Q&A sessions.

Each year in October, the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit recognizes and celebrates its employees during “Employee Appreciation Week.” The week honors the contributions of the Circuit’s judicial assistants and court staff. This year’s celebration took place on October 13-17.
