Losing 3-0 in what was supposed to be the saving grace of this season but got Barcelona living rent free in their heads. What clowns.

At least we’re helping Dembele seal the Ballon d’Or.

I’ll always stand by this: most of the current crop of Madrid players are workhorses and can’t be taught intelligent football 😂.

Europeans still can’t comprehend that the match is being played in a totally different city that’s in a totally different state 😂.

You know what went under the radar? .Dani Olmo had the best season of his career this year (wrt G/A contribution) and he was out for for 20 (!!!) games for Barcelona/Spain 🤯🤯🤯.

🚨⚪️ Thomas Frank will become new Spurs head coach, here we go!. Agreement done with the manager on contract terms and staff, Brentford set to release Frank for fee in the region of £10m. He’s the replacement for Ange.Postecoglou.

🚨 JUST IN: More ARRIVALS are NOT ruled out, especially in midfield and attack. Xabi Alonso is involved in the rebuild. @TheAthleticFC

Biggest summer signing IMHO. Opens a boatload of FFP in salaries once 1-1 is established.

Seems like it’s Thomas Frank. My favorite appointee too. Really interesting Summer ahead as he’d get a full pre season. What I really loved in his interviews before was his importance on mental conditioning which would be crucial for the club build after its first trophy in ages.

Thomas Frank is an easy option for Spurs. But Xavi should have an outside chance. Young manager with loads to prove, good in fundamentals, can be a yes man for Levy aka work within pre-set boundaries.

Lazy opinion. After the euphoria of winning a trophy after a really long time fades away, you're left with finishing the league just above the relegation places.

Name something more Spurs than sacking the manager that just won you your first trophy in 17 years.

Spurs made a ruthless decision that United couldn’t last year with ETH. Gutted for Ange but he has set us up for success and Daniel Levy I hope you don’t fuck up with appointing the best option for taking this club to the next level.

Fucking hell, Ange got the sack. Understand the decision but I hope there are serious candidates lined up to backfill a manager who delivered a trophy after 17 years. The only way to go from a 17th place finish is up #COYS.

Food for thought: Isn't this summer's ter Stegen saga same as last year's story with Raphinha. Agreed, Mats hasn't been quite at his best in years but just imagine last summer repeating itself. .

To everyone who say that Lamine doesn't have the numbers to win it this year:.Luis Figo who won it in 2000 had 14 G, 24 A in 52 Games. Lamine has 18 G, 25 A in 54 games with 1 game to go. Figo went trophyless that season, joined Madrid in July and won the award in December🤷‍♂️

Because I believe the striker position can wait IMHO at least for a season more and getting LW who can stay wide/cut inside would open up more space for anyone who operates in the center. Plus with everyone who's available rn don't guarantee 30 goals a season in La Liga.

#1 so that Raphinha doesn't worry about going wide and is able to operate as a second striker. #2 so that we can actually send Fort for a season long loan somewhere to get minutes .#3 if we're really serious about CL football.

My take on the #FCBarcelona signings this summer (if we actually return to 1-1): .1. A world class LW who can beat people 1-1.2. A low cost RB/LB that can cover both FB positions vs lower ranked La Liga/Copa teams. 3. A GK that's young enough but can compete with Mats/Deki.

Try using ‘15 UCLs’ in a “You’re corrupt” debate 😂.

Let this be a reminder that the Champions League is a hard ass trophy to win. Real Madrid have won 6 in 10 years AND won 3 in a row. THIS is why Madridistas have every right to use ‘15 UCLS’ in any debate bc it’s not nearly as easy as Real Madrid make it look.
