i have been a fan who tried not to think about the legal ongoings and just enjoyed the solo careers of the members i loved for years. i rejoice when they have group activities together and celebrate their successes (together or apart) but recent events have made it very difficult

Not to defend SM. But if they really just need money, they would never exclude the CBX esp they know B's selling power.. they will continue to include the 3 and still claim the 10% you are talking about.. It means, this is more than just money we are talking about...

not a thing she said is factually correct 😭 cbx never sued for unpaid wages. the 5.5% is different from the 10%. cbx signed a contract that explicitly stated they have to pay 10%. they wanted a 5.5 album distrib fee that was not written in the contract and stopped paying over it

kibum said that the 'when' of shinee can do a comeback is decided by SM, since they make a company plan (which includes other artists) for the whole year. after, they'll discuss the details of everything & organize things, including coordination with the 2 other agencies.

SM is the most fraudulent company ever. They KNEW tickets wouldn’t sell without CBX and Lay, so they used Lay’s name for promotion. Announcing this just 5 hours before the fan meeting is insane. If there were a health problem, it would have been mentioned.
