This idea that Islam Makhachev is somehow a “boring decisionator” is insane. He’s finished 8 of his last 10 opponents. That’s 80% for those of you who need help with the math. Sure, there are fighters with a higher finish rate but not very many.

Lands ONE HOUR before weigh ins! This is way more insane than people are making this out to be! That flight was like half a day! Give or take… if dude pulls this off it’s massive. If he loses… no real stock drop to be honest.
Waldo Cortes Acosta hops on a plane and lands in Qatar an hour before official weigh ins and hits 265 lbs on the dot. This is how you jump the line to a title shot. 🫡

This whole “fraud check” generation annoys me. Wellmaker was 2-0 in the promotion. He’s still a young prospect. I think he looked good. Ewing just looked better. Both guys are studs. Good on Ewing for these comments.
