the “era of masterpieces” is sunset. ppl don’t listen to albums anymore, they shuffle playlists. artists today = content creators. if you’re emerging, you can’t drop 1 piece a year & expect traction.

then had a long convo w/ @RanggaPurAji that flipped my pov: low-effort, high-frequency content isn’t a bug, it’s the new meta. attention spans are shrinking at lightspeed.

a couple months ago i was roasting @zora / @base for content coins -> brainrot going viral while small artists get left behind.
