Week 3 Lifting summary: Still not into 1 rep maxes for some movements due to strengthen joints. Climbing back towards my old values. BW - 72kgs OHP - 40kgs x 5 Squats - 60kg x 10 (5 sets). Almost back to being flexible enough to not have my shoulders rip out. Bench - 90kg x 1,
