99% of pre-TGE projects' only community are airdrop farmers who will leave right after the TGE they know that and are afraid to become a ghost chain/app, which leads to infinite delays and user farming i don't think anyone should do that stuff if you don't have any intentions
the real reason why some crypto projects are scared of doing a TGE is because they know their token will go to 0 and their company will stop existing lmao thus they sell false promises and dreams to their communities. They are aware that this "community" will sell and move on
