3/ The support response was shocking. They acknowledged the error but refused to fix it, dismissing my loss as "only a €40 issue". My formal letter to Tesla France has been ignored. All I ask is for Tesla to honor its promise. Can someone please help? #TeslaSupport

2/ The referral code: My Sales Advisor cancelled & re-created my order. In doing so, he forgot to re-apply my referral code. As a result, the promised 1,000 km of Supercharger credits were lost due to this internal mistake.
