5/ scope and mechanism for governance. SIP-1 is meant to set the global inflation schedule and establish a long-term economical framework for the infinisvm. specific mechanisms or a possible foundation delegation program will be managed outside of the scope of this proposal

4/ long-term inflation at 2%. this helps validators stay profitable in the long-run, while allowing the network to settle on a steady-state . this helps ecosystem players make projections and plan operations . and a low long-term inflation rate controls supply.

3/ disinflation at 15% - a decreasing inflation curve. as the network matures, the need for additional emissions to incentivize staking gradually fades. reducing inflation by 15% year-over-year helps to control inflation so that the ecosystem is not over-paying for security.

2/ initial inflation at 8%. as the infinisvm network launches, mainnet will need maximum participation from validators to secure the chain in the early days. a higher initial reward phase incentivizes more staking and attracts more stakers to get started.

1/ SIP-1 sets the inflation schedule of solayer's infinisvm chain to:. > initial inflation: 8% per year.> annual disinflation: 15% per year.> long-term inflation: 2% per year. where inflation only sets in when staking is enabled on the InfiniSVM L1 mainnet
