Mostly him talking about his love for Kishimoto/Naruto's art and how he studied it. Kishimoto helped by drafting the final page of the manga.

Ikemoto's responsible for the "nemu". It's where the dialogue, camera angles, actions, layout are decided. From official sources we know that Kishimoto has always provided story drafts/ideas and supervised. To say every written word is his is probably a stretch.

The producers said that the original story's goal is to draw in Naruto fans to Boruto, because the latter has a lower rep and is seen as less serious compared to the former.
