As per the S.I : In the event of a breakdown or otherwise, any vehicle that blocks use of any tolling booth for a period exceeding 30minutes shall be subject to a penalty of the applicable toll fee for such a vehicle for every 15minutes it remains blocking the Tolling point. 2/2
