@zerohedge One thing I don't understand is why wouldn't the government nudge banks to park it in Treasuries vs Reverse Repo? Treasuries offer a similar yield while also financing the government debt which they obviously desperately need. The Repos don't do that so seems like a no brainer

@zerohedge What’s the SRF tho? Corp tax day saw a lot of bids. Fed has gotten too good at creating a bajillion facilities for banks to hide stress

@zerohedge My question is what did banks do with their excess cash? From what I understnad repo rate was 50+ bps higher than comparable treasury rates..so rational actor theory banks should have used repo? what do they do now?
