well, Bram is based on Vlad the Impaler, who lived in 15th century Transylvania, which was part of the Hungarian empire at the time, and the manga also hints at the timeframe being the 15th century, so yes! Hungarian! but afaik noblemen spoke more latin than hungarian at the time
