@JamesLNuzzo Yes, in that there is no recognition today of the existence of Private universities -- given the heavy financial and legal involvement of gov in them.

@yaronbrook I'm not convinced this decision will really change much. The overt racism of "affirmative action" has already been yielding to the more pliant bigotry of "diversity, equity, and inclusion."
