Learning psychology helps when I feel stuck. Some facts I keep in mind: 1) Burnout comes when felt input ≠ felt output 2) No long-term happiness is felt from achieving a goal. 3) Instead, long-term happiness = making progress toward a valued goal Share ur own helpful facts!

@xbriangi Valuable insights from you! Especially no 2 reminds me of the great book "The Infinite Game" from Simon Sinek. Don't live your life as if there is something to win, but put your focus into getting better a bit better every single day. And don't compare yourself with others but…

@michaellossagk Yes! It sounded cliche my whole life. But, it really clicked after my acquisition. Feeling-wise. The happiness from building the business >>> temporary joy from selling the business.
