Hard to fathom the conditions right now in Black River. Currently taking the brunt of the eyewall and undoubtedly experiencing the most significant storm surge. Brings back images of Mexico Beach, FL from Hurricane Michael in 2018. And Michael wasn’t even as strong as Melissa.
