Tank Farm Road is closed at SR 12 (MP 294) for a fatality collision investigation that occurred at approximately 8:41 A.M. involving a semi truck pulling double trailers, and a pickup truck. The roadway is believed to be open within the hour. -Trooper Clasen

I-182 WB near 4th Ave is closed due to a 2 car wrong way fatality collision. One occupant is also in critical condition. The causing driver is in custody of suspicion of DUI. -Trooper Clasen.

SR 240 EB at milepost 37 is now open following a wrong way collision that occurred on 12/6 at 10:58 PM. The wrong way driver was booked in Benton County on suspicion of DUI, Vehicular Assault, DWLS 2nd, and failing to have an Ignition Interlock Device. @WSDOT_East .Trooper Clasen

Traffic alert in Richland: WSP is at the scene of a two car, one semi, injury collision… W/B I-182 near I-82. The roadway was blocked for approximately one hour but one lane is now open. Tow trucks have been called.

The WSP is holding a statewide emphasis on Sept. 27 in honor of fallen Trooper Christopher Gadd #927, who was killed after being struck by an impaired driver on March 2, 2024. Before the incident, he messaged his detachment that he would meet up with them after "One More Stop."

Well… now I have a random stray cat that I had to grab out of the highway at the last collision scene. I’m going to take it up to our Kennewick office if anyone wants to adopt it today. It is very friendly to say the least.

Traffic alert: WSP and @PascoPoliceDept are on scene of two separate collisions in the same area, a 5-car and a 6- car crash. E/B I-182, just east of the 4th Ave. exit in Pasco. All lanes are now open but traffic is backed up for a couple miles.
