True! The world’s greatest superpower U.S. isn’t desperate for anything. $AVZ is a minor pawn,clinging to a few legal scraps against DRC that laughs off international rulings. In this Li market, anything above 20c would satisfy both U.S. interests& baggies desperate for the exit.

Well written. Solid report laying out the real issues $AVZ is facing. Nailed it. Doing business in the DRC means playing by their rules—courts and govt bodies decide what’s legit. That’s DRC their jurisdiction. Any deal that tries to skip them is void, zero & perhaps no effect.

Always felt $AVZ could’ve had a decent exit if MMGA got voted in back in 23. Too many clueless shareholders wrecked their own wealth. What’s really different between today’s AVZ plan &MMGA’s? Still gotta admit they lost the North& hid those ownership issues&court failures in2021.

LoL! Why r $AVZ holders crying Zijin is acting illegally? Zijin+Cominiere were backed by the DRC high court+ the govt to take over north Manono. Legitimate owners, like it or not. ICC and ICSID haven’t ruled on ownership%. So it’s AVZ that has no legal standing. IMO.

Overall, look positive but that $20M ‘lawyer escrow account’ is gone. No cash left to pay Dathomir. And perhaps more importantly, Dathcom doesn’t even own Manono right now. If $AVZ still pays Dathomir… well, I’m sure they won’t say no to free money. LOL Either way 🏅
