It's because of lesbian separatist radfem rhetoric. A lot of young lesbians on this site don't know how to recognize the dogwhistles so they get sucked into that rabbit hole without realizing

Yeah, itβs because a lot of terfs, radfems, βfemale separatistsβ, and political lesbians use it. Of course not everyone who uses it is bad and one of those things, just sadly a symbol thatβs been heavily used by those groups.
