UPDATE: Full handover now made at incident in Jewellery Quarter. Police remain in attendance through night & fire crews will return every 4 hrs. 1 uninjured man rescued from 2nd floor flat roof. Drone & thermal camera assisted crews, who used 20 breathing apparatus & 3 main jets.
