Our StepUp team enjoyed an afternoon delving into the world of coffee thanks to Costa Coffee Beverage Technical Lead, Tim Cox. The session covered a brief history of coffee, basic sensory principles, beginner-level coffee roasting & they even tried their hand at coffee art!☕️
