This weekend we went to the Welsh Castles Relay, finished second, and and grabbed the King of the Mountain title. Great event, @wcrelay!

Back from @wcrelay with @Run4AllNeath and what a weekend of running, friendly competition and memories in sweltering conditions! Stage 4 was an oven but loved the spirit across all teams to get through it! Thanks to the organisers, marshalls and club! Amazing!
