Last week, we were part of a special event in Birmingham to commemorate the unveiling of the National Windrush Monument. #B2022 Hometown Hero, Joan Hunter, and our Deputy Chairman, Geoff Thompson, explained the importance of honouring the Windrush Generation.

Alan Wilmot sadly passed away aged 96. He served in both the Navy and RAF during WW2. He was an avid supporter of the WAWI Project and will be greatly missed. We thank you for your service and support and wish you eternal peace.
