Things you can do to improve your health, even at work: Drink water. Walk during breaks. Go out and get some sunlight. Eat the appropriate amount of calories. Take one or all of those steps today.

Got an hour between meetings… walk. 20-30 minutes. When you makes decision like that regularly, your metrics improve. They just do.

I remember wishing that my Dad could still do things with me in my late 20s and early 30s. Smoking and inactivity had taken a good man and rendered him old too soon. Inasmuch as I have the power and ability, I’ll prevent that and run with my kids long into their adulthood.
