I ended up grabbing a refurb @Synology DS220+ NAS, and so far I am really impressed with it. I know I could have done something on my Pi4 or on my Proxmox cluster but I really wanted something that was for the homelab and regular home use.

@GLiNetWiFi @Synology The Pi4 in an Argon ONE V2 case was being used as a simple network storage (sharing out an external USB drive) that also sycn'd some files to a cloud provider. They also have an Argon EON case to turn the Pi4 into a NAS but I never got one of those. @argon_forty

@GLiNetWiFi @Synology The @GLiNetWiFi Flint 3 is just my main house router, but I do have an 2.5" SSD in a case plugged into it just to test the file sharing feature. I also have other GL-iNet devices, including an older Mango that I found a use for (honeypot related).

Flint 3 router from @GLiNetWiFi came in handy today. My primary internet provider went out, so I just used my Flint 3 to connect via my Pixel 9 Pro XL hotspot and everything was back up and running. Once my internet is up, the Multi-WAN feature will swap back automatically.

I used Google Gemini for something useful yesterday. I needed to set an alarm every 6 hours, instead of manually creating multiple alarms I just asked @GeminiApp to do it and it created the alarms for me.

No. Two different ecosystems. Most people stick in the ecosystem they like better. With Android, I have switched between companies but they were always Android based phones and I never had an interest in iPhones.
