Sweepers face SYSTEMIC VIOLENCE within municipalities! Hazardous conditions lead to injuries & fatalities. While the govt claims "no reports of manual scavenging," a social audit found 54 deaths in 2022-23 from sewer/septic tank cleaning. We need urgent action BEYOND reports!
