@HerbalistChief @Nation___1st I can confirm here. I followed @HerbalistChief suggestion to paste castor leaf, apply the paste in my mother’s knee, tied with clean cloth. I almost tried for may be 10 days. Her knee pain is completely gone. If she strains there will be mild uncomfort+pain. But goes post rest.
