After closure request being processed, @ICICIBank still hasn't refunded the excess amount. Are the systems failing or the bank officials are too lethargic? @NHAI_Official hope you would take sufficient action against this bank for pure harassment. @SumantaTF
@karna_ocw @ICICIBank is the absolute worst. My closure requests have been rejected thrice. Never knew a closure request could be rejected too. I would infact have expected retention but ICICI doesn't care.
