From skinny-fat to jacked & confident: Before: 69 kg, soft-shaped, unsure: 5 years later: 80 kg, lean, strong: • Never gone more than 5 days without working out • Gave all at least 70% of my workouts • Good diet and sleep on most days If I could do it, you can too.

Strength is the most objective feedback loop in fitness. If you aren’t adding weight, reps, or control, you're not actually progressing. If you're training just for the pump, you're wasting time. You're not on steroids bro. Don't copy a pro bodybuilder's approach.

Train when it’s easy. Train when it’s boring. Train when it’s painful. Train when no one sees. Train when you don’t want to. Your habits decide your future.

If your weekly volume keeps going up but your strength doesn't... You’re HIDING from intensity. Muscle grows from going hard, not doing more. I used to be the guy afraid to train to failure or even close to it. Felt like a b*tch every set but didn't admit it. Once I

Most “hard gainers” aren’t hard gainers. No, you don't have a "fast metabolism". You undereat by 300–700 calories without even realizing it. I've been the same. Felt like I was eating the whole world but barely gained weight. Track your calories for a week and see it for

There are snails in the sink. Sometimes they show out of nowhere in the mornings. Maybe coming up from the pipes idk. This usually happens in the autumn/winter. On some days I am the first to wake up and use the sink to wash my face, teeth etc. I used to act like I didn't

Imagine you wake up tomorrow with a 6-figure business. Could you maintain it? Would you have the discipline to keep it up? Probably not, yet. The journey is not just about results. It's about building the traits and habits needed for that specific result you want. It's

Don’t bulk endlessly. Don’t cut recklessly. Build muscle on purpose.

From skinny-fat to looking athletic shirtless: Before: soft, no definition After: looking like a greek God • 10k steps a day • High protein meals • 3–4 hard workouts/week Most people aren’t out of shape… They lack discipline.

Here's what's a real flex: • Peace of mind • A strong body • Work you love Quiet success > loud mediocrity.

If my mom can force herself to: - cook - clean - wash Looking after the whole family despite not feeling like it most of the times... Then I can also show discipline on the days I don't feel like working to become successful. And to retire her earlier.

Cutting early feels productive... But it’s comfort disguised as discipline. If you are skinny or skinny-fat you know damn well you need to bulk. But you're scared from gaining a bit of fat.
