Very frustrating after effects of Covid. Can’t seem to sleep before 2am ever. Anyone else had a similar experience?

@unit_football Caught it on Christmas Eve. Have already tested negative 2 days running. No effects just sore throat. Did you have your jabs?

@unit_football Yeah, pal. When I had it I'd go to bed (midnight) freezing cold and wake up (2am) sweating and boiling hot. Couldn't sleep after that. Was really odd

@unit_football Waiting on a PCR as I’ve had headaches/soreness especially flaring up at night making it hard to sleep. Seems like could be a Covid thing.

@unit_football Was the opposite for me. I had fatigue for 4 weeks and slept about 12+ hours a day. A weird virus

@unit_football It’s a common occurrence. It messed up my sleep cycle for a long time, as I had trouble sleeping before 3am. Getting over it took time. Don’t worry! Just be patient.

@unit_football Since I've had covid 2 months ago I've had to go to bed 2 hours earlier and I get fatigued by around 5pm each day🙁

@unit_football Quite the opposite. Being in isolation for 2 weeks meant I would go to bed early and wake up early. And that's continued after, although it's only been 1 week
