Setting clear boundaries on deliverables and capacity. I used to work for a client for 120 hours / month for $5000/month. Now I do 40-60h / month (2-3h daily of deep work) for $3000-$5000/month. That lets me get more work done, for more clients and for more money. Also resting.

The same happened to me. When me and *the startup*.partnered ways, I feel like I've gained my life back. My advice: Focus on working with pro-worker companies only. Life’s too short to grind 14-hour days for a company where your opinion barely matters. They might lure you.
It's over. Six days a week, 12 hours a day, updating within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions have completely killed my passion.
