12z Nam 3km shows a strong Northwest Flow tomorrow night after the frontal passage. Nice connection to the Great Lakes with this one. Higher elevations should see another 3”-6”+. With winds gusting into the 40’s and temps in the mid 20’s, that’s a great recipe for snow streams

A brutal stretch. This entire area is due for a big one.
As I sit by the window watching yet another cold rain, I'm reminded that Asheville hasn't had a 2"+ snow since the winter of 2021-22. Even last year's 1.5" event was half sleet and ended with hours of freezing rain. I'm really hoping for one decent event this year.
