It's so funny how so much of "finding yourself" in adulthood is simply getting back to who you were and what you loved as a child.

I still don't know what I'm wearing to the living room on New Year's Eve. I might not even go.

The way you talk to yourself matters more than how anyone else talks to you.

Speak life into others. Encourage their dreams. Support their ideas. Point out their strengths, their talents, their potential. Sometimes all it takes is one person to remind us that we are capable.

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself. Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself.

I always walk around with my head held high, smile on my face and like everything is fine, but deep down, inside my shoe, my sock is sliding off.

Please understand this: Bad chapters can still create great stories. Wrong paths can still lead to right places. Failed dreams can still create successful people. Sometimes it takes losing yourself to find yourself.

You know what really frustrates me. We live in a day and age where we can fly to space, cars drive themselves, we pay for things using our fingerprint yet they haven’t invented a commercial teapot that doesn’t spill when pouring.
