@twinkjodie No one really cares anymore, just need some well-written episodes with the current Doctor, story arcs from someone's else run aren't relevant anymore

@twinkjodie Nope! My biggest complaint was that the Timeless Children was 40 minutes of the Master delivering exposition to an extremely passive Doctor and then it was never discussed again It was a retcon with no payoff I'm GLAD Rusty is expanding on it, it needed to be expanded on

@twinkjodie Eh. I'm not a fan of the timeless child at all, but it is what it is. It's a story decision I don't like but why waste the energy complaining, it's not like I can change it

@twinkjodie On the contrary - I hated the Timeless Child because it was just information - just boring lore that the Doctor didn’t seem to feel any particular way about. RTD has done a great job of making the Doctor really wrestle with it, and the emotional connection to Ruby strengthens it.

@twinkjodie I don’t like the Timeless Child stuff, but what made it worse was the lack of commitment to the bit, RTD will commit to it

@twinkjodie In hindsight, it feels like I personally didn't like TTC because of how much Chibs seemingly ignored/contradicted the 5 years of Who before he took the helm. Gallifrey, Missy, stuff like that. TTC felt like the cherry on top. But now? Can't wait to see what RTD does with it.

@twinkjodie No. Laughing at how horrible it was. It was damn awful. I mean... It was a RIP-OFF of Labyrinth. Dance Magic Dance is far superior to their sick song about eating babies. Baby butter? Like... WTF?

@twinkjodie Actually no, I mean yeah I hated it in season 12, but that could partly be because of how absolutely terrible the execution was. But I'm confident they're gonna use it to tell good stories now. They're making the most of a bad situation.
