What a crazy witch hunt!! . there’s no independent entity to diff the previous TOS and this revision (which Adobe did in the blog post btw) to prove what @scottbelsky has been saying in the replies? That the language has been there for years?.
I just cancelled my Adobe licence after many years as a customer. The new terms give Adobe "worldwide royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, distribute" or do whatever they want with any content I produce using their software. This is beyond insane. No creator in their

was hoping for advice. should i bikeshed these tests while the actual smart contracts are ~50% implemented?. I'm weighing against whether I'll **need** do it later when there's lots more tests causing a greater loss of time.
new-ish project started with hardhat, ethers & typechain. But, typechain is deprecated! . Should I move to viem? @wevm_dev . I'm using upgradeable contracts w/ OZ plugin, which uses ethers. so, not as straightforward to deploy/test as if i just stick w ethers/typechain.

haven't started the front-end yet, but have written probably 50% of the tests I'll need. Would need to refactor a bunch of fixtures.
