@Chandramohan209 Possibly because Chidambaram is also the temple dedicated to one of the five cosmic elemental manifestations of Shiva, the Akash. 🙏 It is also said that Sages Patanjali & Vyagrapada did their Tapas to witness His Ananda Tandavam here & He revealed His Cosmic dance here.

@traversingkrith Thamira Sabhai as many thinks is not Nellaiappar Temple., Tirunelveli. Its a Temple called “Chepparai”, near Rajavallipuram, Tirunelveli. Thiruvathirai festival is celebrated with grandeur there.
