Danny Hayward translates Peter Weiss's 'The Convalescent', an incredible journal entry that has more than a passing resemblance to some of the 'Letters...' of Sean Bonney https://t.co/tnmrEw42uw

Two things I'm proud to see happen in my other hometown of Great Yarmouth since I left: one is the poetry: https://t.co/RWm1BSVFsF ...

early planning meeting @novaramedia determining how to distribute the proceeds of production (from Peter Watkins, La Commune, 1871/2000)

Pre-Gaza Genocide, pre-Ukraine war, pre-COVID, I wrote a series of poems that followed the black romantic comedy of Shakespeare's Sonnets with the harangued, humdrum narrative arc of my own life. Thanks to Elizabeth Ellen for featuring a set for Hobart! https://t.co/b455Uidm4E

There’s a quote I’m fond of, falsely attributed to Lenin, that “ethics are the aesthetics of the future.” It was in fact coined by Gorky, and as with so many misattributed phrases, it is also...
