💔 for Graz. We were just there visiting a high school (not the one that had the shooting) a couple weeks ago. We even talked with local students about gun violence. It is a beautiful city and the people were so welcoming. Absolutely loved our time there.

After spending time in schools in Slovenia & Austria it is clear that teacher attrition is not just a USA problem. Schools in both countries shared this was a problem. In Austria though teachers can choose to work part time, which helps but also creates its own problems.
