Being a PM is just saying these things until you retire: What is our goal here? Is there an agenda for this meeting? I'll take notes What is the status? Promising idea, but not now Biweekly, as in every other week Any way to get it done faster? We should sync more often

If as a product leader you are *solely* using your 1 on 1s with your directs to deal with content (project status, blockers, tactical feedback...) and not the context (how they are feeling about their work, career growth, mindset, recent setbacks...), I hope you reconsider that.
