@tom_hirst I find that self-doubt is best cured by self-compassion. It's not wrong to set expectations for yourself, but if there's anyone deserving 💯 of your kindness -- it's yourself. It's a gradual process and disappointment creeps often but what can you do, it happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@tom_hirst Those aforementioned thoughts kill so many people before they even begin anything. I have learnt to flip the script anytime such thoughts come to my mind. And yes, it works.
