What an incredible 10 days up in Lake Tahoe for @BrokenArrowCA & @wser. The older I get the more I just want to create experiences that will last a lifetime. Hopefully this training block in higher elevations will help me with @UTMBWorldSeries Speedgoat 50k in 3 weeks! 😬😂

Great start to the @BrokenArrowCA & @wser trip @palisadestahoe. Friday it was the 18k (hard ass race), Saturday cycling and today it was the 23k. Pretty cool to watch @jessdiggs crush the 46k! Congratulations to all the runners this weekend! 💯🤝
