My Daughter unfortunately moved back home with me after not being able to afford to live in Florida she's a joy but she brought a cat back with her. This cat has ruined furniture in almost every room of the house but the worse part is he bites everyone. What would you do?

I would set that cat up for success by giving him/her its own space…like a cat tree in front of a window. Also could be a territorial issue, are there any cats visible thru windows? That can create an inappropriate urinating situation.

She has a cat tree and all kinds of cat toys she just scrapes everything I've bought scratch pads, She's scratched up a brand new living room suits, barstools, a beautiful head board all of its's trashed

Trim his claws and spend time with him so he knows you're trustworthy. He's probably just acting out because he's in unfamiliar surroundings with strange people. So many people abandon pets because they don't adjust like they want them to right away. It takes time.

IMO, pets are family. People saying “get rid of it,” bothers me; the cat isn’t an it. The cat is stressed and feels threatened in a new environment. Jackson is really great and worth watching.

You can get these little pads that you glue on their nails on Amazon. My cat bites too. I don't know what's up with that. I don't bite her. At least she can't scratch anything now.
