Question? In Alabama can we: 1. Practice in the off-season in helmets ? (not spring training 10 day window) 2. Wear any kind of pads (nfl type shoulder pads or even a tee shirt with pads) in summer training? 3. What is the penalty if you neglect either of these? Waiting! # 😡😡
