Adult friendships require grace. People are busy. People are healing. People are growing. People are taking time for self-care just like you. Don’t mistake less communication for less love. Check in, not out. 🩶

We recently launched our brand-new app, and we are so excited to share more about it with you! We’ve been getting loads of questions, so we thought we’d sit down and answer them directly. Wondering why we created this app? What you’ll find on it? How to download it? We cover it

The Birth trauma inquiry report was launched today and we are sad to hear the harrowing experiences of women and birthing people Good care should be the norm, not an exception and it’s starts with listening to women Thank you @SkyNews for having us on earlier today

I’m so proud it’s finally here! Never would I have imagined 5 years ago when we started that we would be here. It’s not just about raising awareness it’s about actively making changes for Black women giving birth in the UK. Follow @fivexmore for all the updates this week.
It’s Black maternal health week! Despite progress, Black women are still four times more likely to die in pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period in the UK (MBRRACE 2023) Each day has a different theme all under the overarching goal of 'Advancing Black Maternal Health'

For those of you who have built your career on lies just remember…the truth will ALWAYS come out. You may think you’ve got it all covered but the cracks will always show through and eventually you will trip up on your own lies

I'm so glad we get to speak about our work at @fivexmore in these vital places! The fact there is now a Black Health Summit dedicated just for us to come and collaborate and take action towards reducing health inequalities speaks volumes on how far we have come!
Yesterday, we joined the Black Health Inequalities Summit, sharing our journey to improving Black maternal health outcomes. It was great to contribute to this vital conversation. Kudos to @cahn_uk for a powerful day of moving from recognition to action #BlackHealthSummit24
