The other plushie that I own that comes in second behind Nala is my Shanghai Disney Judy Hopps plushie, who is the perfect size to cuddle with at night, or any old time.

Nala has a specific scent of her own that I find comforts me and relaxes me as I fall asleep. Also in the research they claim that talking to your stuffed toys can help with releving stress, and depression.

For me it has got to be my Nala plusie! I've had her for 13 years now and I snuggle with her every night as I go to sleep. One of the factors that is mentioned in the research is a stuffed toy holding a particular scent in the fabric.

Researchers have concluded that it's perfectly normal for adults to sleep with stuffed animals, saying it can be very beneficial in many ways. Is there a specific toy you sleep with at night that comforts you?
