Shout out to Carnival Vista Guest Services for following up this morning about the dirty stateroom. While I shared our disappointment, I reiterated our appreciation for the Floor Supervisor who cleaned up the mess left from prior cruise. Sadly, the crew is stretched too thin. 😔

We’re not ones to complain, but this is one we escalated. Thankfully, the floor supervisor came back and addressed the dirtiest areas with a deep scrub on the toilet. Sadly, the shelves still didn’t pass the “Clorox wipe test.”

It’s another disgusting room on board @CarnivalCruise. There is literally sh*t dripping down the front of the toilet, blood stains and splatters on the bathroom door, shelves that literally weren’t cleaned, and dust bunnies everywhere. #CarnivalVista

It’s fascinating to see people fighting on the Carnival groups constantly. If it’s not the new Rewards program, it’s the cost of everything at Celebration Key. Hopefully, things will subside in the coming months as loyalists accept that there are other options. #CelebrationKey
