For #juneteenth2022, today's #ootd is this 1905 ivory wool challis day dress made by Fannie Criss Payne. She was the daughter of formerly enslaved people, who gained their freedom. She then became a dressmaker for elite women in Richmond and NYC. @theValentineRVA #Fashionhistory
